Just got the vape today and one puff and it goes crazy crackling and smoking til it just dies

Firstly this is the very first issue EVER with this brand. I bought this one and with in 4 hours of normal usage (Slow, short puffs, gentle drags) it started auto firing. A constant sizzling sound accompanied with intermediate cracklings. As I stated I've never experienced an issue of any kind until this ad I am a loyal consumer of this brand.
